The Problem

Insurance is the product everyone needs and nobody wants to think about. The category runs onfear, but fear-based advertising is either forgettable or actively annoying.Deymar needed leads. That meant getting people to actually stop scrolling, watch, and feelsomething real about a product they'd been ignoring their whole adult lives.

The Insight

Nobody thinks bad things will happen to them. Until they do.The most honest argument for insurance isn't statistics or coverage tiers. It's a single terrible daywhere everything that could go wrong does, in rapid succession, with no safety net in sight.Make that day funny enough and the audience watches. Make it specific enough and they startdoing the math on their own deductible.

The Approach

We built the film around one character and one catastrophic day.A broken tooth before 9am. A fender bender by noon. A fall, a fracture, and a medical bill byevening. One person, one Monday, a cascade of misfortunes that escalates just fast enough tostay comedic without losing the point. The tone stayed light because the subject matter didn't need to be heavy to land. Everyone in theaudience has had a version of a bad day. Nobody has had all of these things happen at once. The absurdity of the accumulation is what makes it funny, and the reality of the costs is whatmakes it stick. The message never needed to be said out loud. By the end of the film, the audience said itthemselves: I should probably be insured.
